Thorough Analysis, Honesty, and Friendliness. Phillips Auto Care was very professional in their performance for my vehicle. Mitch rode with me as soon as I got there to hear the sound I wanted looked at. He heard it and described it to me. They gave me an estimate after they found the problem, and also took care of the regular maintenance I was there for. I asked about windshield wipers and the cost compared to buying them myself, and he was very honest about price comparisons. So I had them also replace my wipers. They also gave me a print out of things they found that would need to be taken care of with prices for each item. I was very pleased and comfortable with Phillips Auto Care service. I would recommend them to other people for their great work, thorough analysis, honesty, and their friendliness!

30 Years of Trust. Finally got my truck to Phillip’s for an analysis (Engine check light was on.) It had been running (actually idling) rough for weeks. The guys figured it out quickly, made the repair, and returned the truck running smooth and with more spunk. Our family has taken our vehicles to Phillip’s Auto Care for over 30 years; first to George (the old man) and now to Steve and Mitch. I trust them with my vehicles!

Speedy Minivan Repairs. Having just moved my family from Nashville, TN, to Manteca, CA my family minivan wouldn’t start. Our roadside assistance agreed to tow my vehicle to a auto repair, from a list of four I chose Phillip’s. I called them to let them know my vehicle was on the way. Though being fully booked; I was told it would be checked out as soon as the could get to it. In the morning, I had a call my van was repaired and is ready to pick up. Excellent Service Without Being Rushed. Phillips Auto Care has worked on my cars for years. From the simple oil change to replacing a engine, their service is excellent. They never make you fell rushed, take time to listen and keep you informed of the progress. Some people suggest they may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Always satisfied.

Catalytic Converter Repair. I had a very good experience and will definitely recommend you to friends and family. The catalytic converters on my truck was the problem just like your mechanic said. I would like to have some much needed maintenance performed on my truck and then possibly set up a regular service schedule. Thank you.

Friendly and Helpful. I found this auto service on yelp and there wasn’t any bad reviews. So on that I tried Phillips Auto Care back in June of 2014 and I haven’t one bad thing to say about them. In fact when I’m planning a long drive I drop by tosketch sure I’m ok on this long drive . They are courtesy friendly and helpful. Ladies they are to be trusted.
